We have many functions and teams, but integration and personal connection are core to our DNA. We don’t have a cut-throat or competitive culture; we’re all in it together as a team.
We work hard, do fun things and are actively building a unique community. We believe in strong relational connections and create opportunities to foster great teams – performance coaching, mentoring, monthly happy hours, swanky parties, non-swanky parties, off-sites, and $1000/month for employee generated team-building ideas. We want to keep improving the human experience for our workforce because we think it matters. We are perfectly imperfect but sincere in our desire to get it right...and we’re open to high-candor feedback if we’re not!
